Spreadsheet templates
Fill-in-the-blanks spreadsheets for the jobs the calculators only do once — an invoice you can send, a BAS you can track, a budget you can keep. They are not finished, so nothing here is for sale and nothing has a price yet.
This page is a placeholder, and it is honest about it. The reserved slots on the calculators and the two guide links that point here are waiting for our own templates to be finished. No third-party script, no ad network and no tracker is loaded on this page or on any slot that points at it — a reserved slot is a marked, empty space, not a hidden advert.
What is being built
Each pack is a plain spreadsheet (.xlsx) that opens in Excel, LibreOffice or Google Sheets. No add-ins, no macros, no account, and no subscription: you download the file and it is yours.
- Invoice & quote pack — a GST-compliant invoice and a matching quote, with the fields the ATO requires already laid out. This is the pair the tax invoice guide and the hourly rate guide point at.
- GST & BAS tracker — one row per sale and purchase, with the GST split out and the quarterly totals ready to copy onto a BAS. Links from the GST calculator when it is ready.
- Fortnightly budget — a budget built around a fortnightly pay cycle rather than a monthly one, because that is how most Australian wages and bills actually arrive.
- Debt payoff planner — order your debts, compare snowball against avalanche, and see the interest you save rather than a vague promise.
- Savings & sinking funds — put money aside for the bills you know are coming (rego, insurance, tax) in the months before they arrive.
Where it is up to
The spreadsheets exist and are being checked: formulas are tested against worked examples, the tax figures are dated and sourced, and the sample files are being read through line by line before anything is offered. No release date is promised and no price is set, because neither would be true yet. When a pack is ready, this page becomes its download page and the reserved slots fill in — until then they stay empty and labelled.
What you can use today
The calculators are finished and free, and they need no spreadsheet and no sign-up:
- GST calculator — add GST to a price or take it out again.
- Invoice generator — build a tax invoice and print it to PDF in your browser.
- BAS due date calculator — when your next BAS is due, including the lodgement-program dates.
- All tools — the full list of eight.
If you want to know when the templates land, the honest answer is that we have not set up an email list and are not going to pretend to: this page will simply change, and the guides that link to it will point at the finished packs.
